All SalonReady™ content, including course materials, downloads, videos, and resources, is provided for individual, personal use only. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, course materials, and resources are the property of SalonReady™ and SalonReady LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. Purchases and Access
When you purchase a SalonReady™ course, kit, or bundled experience, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Sharing access, login credentials, or materials is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and physical product fulfillment, SalonReady™ does not offer refunds on courses, kits, or bundled purchases under any circumstances.
If a physical kit arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
SalonReady™ is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
6. Educational Disclaimer

7. Limitation of Liability
